PRODUCT DETAILS
For sale is this glimmering 1972 Chevrolet El Camino SS that has been the FatMan’s Garage shop truck.
The El Camino concept was created in 1959 in response to the popular Ford Ranchero and had a successful but brief 2 year run returning as the second generation model in 1964. This third generation SS started life with a 350 cubic inch V8. Backing up this small block is a 350 Turbo transmission delivering power back to the 12 bolt rear end with Positraction.
It is becoming more unusual to see El Caminos on the road than ever before and they are prized by collectors for not only the great look but functionality of having a full pickup bed and the driving habits of a car. This example is one of the nicest you are sure to come across and features a very high quality paint job finished in Daytona Blue Pearl.
On the inside you will notice a very original interior. The black vinyl bench seat look great in contrast to the bright blue paint. Options on this El Camino include power steering, power brakes, AM/FM stereo, CD Changer, SS Steering wheel, custom spray on bed cover and American Racing Special Edition wheels.
