used, does not appear to be cracked or broken except for a small amount of damage on one of the sides of the opening, which looks to barely be different than normal but appears slightly chewed up from something. circled in red in photos.

This is a ford 9 inch rear end that i believe came out of a 1972 ford Gran Torino GTS. I highly encourage you to do your own research as well as reference the tape measure photos to ensure fitment and condition before purchase. This would be an awesome replacement item for your ford or a good addition to a rat rod.
