This is an under Dash wiring harness that came out of a 1987 Ford Mustang convertible with the 2.3 4 Cylinder and Automatic Transmission. As stated in condition, this does have 2 broken clips, I believe that is all that is broken. This was an AC car and had a convertible top, and had an automatic transmission. I Highly encourage you to inspect the photos carefully to ensure fitment and condition before purchase.
