This programmer unit has been tested and does power on. It does also seem to control the two projectors I had hooked up to it, when I pressed random buttons!! The unit does seem in solid and very good physical condition. Only minimal signs of use, power cord and other two hook up cords are in very good condition as well. I am not an expert in this area for sure,so if you have any questions feel free to ask.
